CIRCULARDear Member, In connection with Children’s Day Celebrations of CEGOWAC, It is proposed to conduct competitions in the following categories on 1^st Nov 2015(Sunday) from 10:00AM onwards at Recreation Club of Income Tax Office.
SN	EVENTS			REMARKS
1	Elocution in Malayalam			For all school students of 10^th to 12^th Standard in Calicut.Entries must come through Head of the Institutes
2	Elocution in English
3	Light Music (any language)			Exclusively for the children of CEGOWAC family There will be Four Groups consisting of (1) Pre-Primary section (2) LP section (3) UP section (4) High School Section
4	Recitation of Poem in Malayalam, English and Hindi
5	Story Telling in Malayalam, English and Hindi
6	Mimicry
7	Essay Writing in English
8	Painting
Conditions1. There should be a minimum of three entries for conducting competitions in each item. 2. Members are allowed to participate in maximum of 3 items. 3. Drawing sheets will be provided by CEGOWAC for painting 4. Elocution competition carries a Rolling shield, Merit Certificate and a Cash award of Rs 500/- for First prize and Merit certificate and a cash award of Rs 300/- for Second prize. 5. Decision of the committee shall be final and binding 6. Participants may send their names and events so as to reach before 25-10-2015 without fail by Email to deaxeclt@gmail.com or by SMS to 9446567811 or by post to M Subrahmannian, DE(NQM), Mobile Services, Telephone Bhavan, Vellayil. 7. CulturalChance to Perform		For wards of CEGOWAC family who stood First or Second in National/State level Kalolsavam/Yuvajanolsavam. They will be allowed to stage the performance on Children’s day. Please enroll on or before 04-11-2015 to arrange the time slot
SportsThey will be honoured		For wards of CEGOWAC family who have been awarded with Medals and Prizes in National/State level Literary/Sports events. Please furnish the details on or before 04-11-2015.
CULTURAL EVENTSAttractive Cultural items will be staged by the Children on 14-11-2015 from 06:30PM at Hotel Alakapuri. Dear CEGOWAC Members,

Let me take this opportunity to thank all the members and their family for electing me unanimously as Secretary of the Prestigious Association of Central Govt. Officers. I assure you that I shall carryout the responsibilities to the satisfaction of all the members of the reputed association.
We shall move hand in hand as a single entity with dedication and commitment to the welfare of the members. As suggested by the Annual General Body meeting, the very important opinions such as Inclusion of new members to the Association and Increase in the number of Social Gathering of all the members of the family will be taken on top priority.
Let us hope that the CEGOWAC will grow to the satisfaction of all members under the dynamic leadership of our President Sri Sebastian K J in the coming days.

Dear CEGOWAC Members,

Let me take this opportunity to thank all the members and their family for accepting me and my family to the Association of esteemed personalities in Service or have served the Govt. of India in varied capacities, residing in in .calicut.

As all members unanimously decided that Dominic Mathew will be the secretary of CEGOWAC for the year2014, I agree to carry out all the responsibilities as per the bye-law to the fullest satisfaction of all the members of this reputed Association.

We shall move hand in hand as a single enlightened family with dedication and commitment to the welfare of all the members of this Large Family. As citizens of the largest democracy of the world, we are proud that we could elect our president in a dignified manner. All those who worked hard for the smooth election deserves appreciation; especially Radhakrishnan sir who conducted the election giving no space for complaints.

Now, it is time for us to forget all those dynamics and unite to strengthen our fraternity.
Let this experience enable us to open up our hearts and accept everyone as they are and feel with, instead of feel for and strengthen the emotional ties between our families ,forgetting all the scores, won or lost in the game.

Our next step will be to ensure the fullest co-operation and participation of all the members in all our activates. Suggestions from any member in this regard will be valued much and it is assured that if a suggestion cannot be accepted, the executive body will take up the responsibility to explain to the honorable member, why it cannot be accepted. Let us hope and pray that our fraternity may grow to the level of delight to every member and their family in the years to follow.

Let us dedicate ourselves to sail smoothly under the captaincy of our president Shri. Ravindranath Kumar to capture the heights unprecedented in the history of our fraternity.
