INFORMATION REGARDING ONE DAY PICNIC

ON31ST May 2014.

Calicut

Dear cegowac members: All,

As informed on 7^th May 2014, the picnic is postponed to 31^st May 2014, Saturday, with certain changes in place and timings.

Suggested places.

Kariathumpara, Kallanode, Koorachundu ,nearby beautiful places where anybody will fall in love with nature. After Lunch, two hour boating in country boats through the most beautiful places of Peruvannamoozhi Dam. That will be a wonderful experience.

Assembling at Mananchira after breakfast: 31^st May,2014 : 8.30 Am .

Departure time from Mananchira: 9.00 Am.

Those who wish to swim will have the opportunity to do that. Those who wish to jump into the water may come prepared with the needed towels and dress.

Return journey starts at 6.00Pm .Expected arrival at Mananchira..7.30 Pm.

Expenses will be Rs. 750 /= per person, approximately. This may vary

with the number of participants.

All are requested to contact the Convener, Sri.Mannil Vijayan or the Secretary

at the earliest to ensure that you don’t miss this wonderful experience.

ONE DAY PICNIC TO ERNAKULAM

SHARING A HAPPY NEWS WITH ALL THE MEMBERS OF THE CEGOWAC FAMILY.

Dear loving members All,

With immense pleasure we announce a picnic to Ernakulum by bus. The trip will start from Kozhikode at 7.00 AM.

We will assemble in the compound of the office of the Central Excise in Mananchira at 6.45 AM.on 11^th May 2014.

Expenses per Head will be Rs. 1500/= (One thousand five hundred only) as informed by the picnic committee.

The committee tried to bring down the expenditure, but could not bring it down to less than 1500.

This expenditure will be inclusive of breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Bus is available only on 11^th May 2014.

Even though we suggested 18^th May, we can conduct it only on 11^th May as the Bus is available on 11^th May 2014 only.

Therefore I request you to be kind enough to register your name in advance for ensuring your participation.

Dear CEGOWAC Members,

Let me take this opportunity to thank all the members and their family for electing me unanimously as Secretary of the Prestigious Association of Central Govt. Officers. I assure you that I shall carryout the responsibilities to the satisfaction of all the members of the reputed association.
We shall move hand in hand as a single entity with dedication and commitment to the welfare of the members. As suggested by the Annual General Body meeting, the very important opinions such as Inclusion of new members to the Association and Increase in the number of Social Gathering of all the members of the family will be taken on top priority.
Let us hope that the CEGOWAC will grow to the satisfaction of all members under the dynamic leadership of our President Sri Sebastian K J in the coming days.

Dear CEGOWAC Members,

Let me take this opportunity to thank all the members and their family for accepting me and my family to the Association of esteemed personalities in Service or have served the Govt. of India in varied capacities, residing in in .calicut.

As all members unanimously decided that Dominic Mathew will be the secretary of CEGOWAC for the year2014, I agree to carry out all the responsibilities as per the bye-law to the fullest satisfaction of all the members of this reputed Association.

We shall move hand in hand as a single enlightened family with dedication and commitment to the welfare of all the members of this Large Family. As citizens of the largest democracy of the world, we are proud that we could elect our president in a dignified manner. All those who worked hard for the smooth election deserves appreciation; especially Radhakrishnan sir who conducted the election giving no space for complaints.

Now, it is time for us to forget all those dynamics and unite to strengthen our fraternity.
Let this experience enable us to open up our hearts and accept everyone as they are and feel with, instead of feel for and strengthen the emotional ties between our families ,forgetting all the scores, won or lost in the game.

Our next step will be to ensure the fullest co-operation and participation of all the members in all our activates. Suggestions from any member in this regard will be valued much and it is assured that if a suggestion cannot be accepted, the executive body will take up the responsibility to explain to the honorable member, why it cannot be accepted. Let us hope and pray that our fraternity may grow to the level of delight to every member and their family in the years to follow.

Let us dedicate ourselves to sail smoothly under the captaincy of our president Shri. Ravindranath Kumar to capture the heights unprecedented in the history of our fraternity.
